As the temperature dips, I need to be warm but still look cute! I love a lightweight flannel, cotton tights and boots. Pairing a masculine piece, like the plaid shirt, with feminine looks, like a faux leather mini n’ just slightly over the knee boots, create a balanced look that not overly frilly or manly.

Feeling feisty? These feline pumps with heel metal corset details pushes the MEOW factor for this basic jeans n’ tee combo. This a great way to transition on a moderate weather day- if temps get lower, throw on a lightweight wrap cardi/coat that ties at waist in light pink to be on trend. Love this loose fitting white and black graphic tee from Zara and my ultra comfy Rachel Roy jeans. Can’t wait to wear this!

#Transitioning from summer to fall can be tricky- “I am roasting! No, wait I am freezing!”. But with a few transitional outfits you can weather the storm. Depending on your climate, you may start to wear transition pieces as early ad the end of August- like me in Canada or you may get away until mid-end of September when it becomes fall in seasonal climates. Even if it stays warm in September, I am craving darker colors, darker hair, rich nail colors and bold lip colors!
This outfit is for those days that are still hot but you wish to look season appropriate.
